What does the SUMO Cannabis project mean to you?
SUMO Cannabis is a milestone in my life. This project corresponds to a major change of course in my life and allows me to work in a field other than the restaurant business.
Tell us an unusual fact about you or your previous career?
I bought my first restaurant franchise at age 18 and opened my very first Subway at age 22.
If you had to describe your role within SUMO in one word, it would be…?
Expertise and confidence, both in relation to existing employees and to project investors.
If you could meet a well-known person, anyone at all, who would it be and why?
Véronique Cloutier. She is headstrong, an entrepreneur and a Quebecer who has accomplished and who continues to accomplish great things.
If you had to eat just one thing for the next month, what would it be and why?
Sushi, simply because it’s delicious!
